I'm Gemma. I started Ctrl+Alt+Assist because after more than a decade working across operations, admin, project management, and everything in between, I didn't want that experience to sit on a shelf.
I also wanted to work in a way that fits around my family. That's not an apology, it's the point. The flexibility that works for me is exactly what makes this model work for you too.
The business case is simple.
Too many companies carry the cost of a full-time salary for work that doesn't need a full-time person. A permanent hire comes with overheads, downtime, and the weight of an employment relationship, even when the workload doesn't justify it. Bringing in the right support for the hours you actually need isn't a compromise. It's a smarter way to spend.
And in a world where most business is conducted remotely anyway, nothing is lost in the process.
What I bring.
Ten years across operations, administration, team coordination, and project management, plus the commercial awareness that comes from working across sales, marketing, and client-facing roles. I've worked inside businesses at different stages, which means I understand the pressure points and I know how to navigate them without adding to your load.
